golang-go-netbsd-amd64 software package provides Go standard library compiled for netbsd_amd64, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-go-netbsd-amd64
golang-go-netbsd-amd64 is installed in your system.
